Attractions rely on their ticketing systems for much more than access control. The ticketing system is the fulcrum for the business' entire operations the providing sales, marketing, operations and reporting functions necessary for efficient operations and driving business growth. Working with a cross functional team of front line staff, finance, IT and marketing, Brier Katama led Circle Line in a strategic reassessment of  their ticketing system. We worked with each department to create the system requirements documentation, manage the RFP and vendor selection process, develop the business logic for the new system and manage implementation.
