Working with a major spirits manufacturer, the Brier Katama team researched how competitive manufacturers created branded experiences around their products. This effort is part of a larger engagement developing a marketing strategy and digital platform recommendation.
Brier Katama was commissioned by Bonchon chicken (a national franchise restaurant group) prior to a major strategic expansion. We worked with franchisees across the country to understand Bonchon's positioning and how consumers viewed the brand.
Service as Brand pillar
Our team collaborated with Mariott Hotels & Resorts to uncover how Renaissance could differentiate itself in a crowded boutique hotel marketplace. Our prototype work with the Renaissance Baltimore became the foundation for the Renaissance Navigator program.
